On the plus side, the interiors are updated and have nice countertops and cabinetry. They painted the whole place with an unappealing reddish brown and tan, giving it a very dated feel. The exterior of the building looks quite shabby when compared to the other apartments, particularly since they changed to 'The Park at' managers. I never had any major bug concerns or security issues.
I initially rented a studio for $845, which wasn't too bad for the locale.
